Has been a very refreshing one! Unlike my weekends before, which are filled with papers, numbers, biological words, and rubber waste, this one has been really nice. This following week is, like, the most relaxed one I had in months. So I'm totally making the best of this weekend.
So I went to another school, SMAK 3, on Thursday, since two of my closest friends go there and there was this major school festival thingy, and I actually had fun chatting to different people. I also have some acquaintances and friends there too, so it's a really nice change.
On Saturday, I went to another school, Canisius College (which is an all-boys private school, just like mine, though mine is an all-girls) that held an education fair, where a lot of universities, foundations, and even embassies had a stand and allowed visitors to ask about anything correlated to our future education. It was quite resourceful and informative, so it wasn't a waste of time at all. Afterwards, me and my friend (check her Tumblr here) went to SMAK 3, again. It was the final and closing night of their festival and they had Maliq & D'Essentials, an Indonesian band, to perform. It was awesome and I had fun with my new friends and all, though sadly I had to go home in the middle of their performance.
The thing that I realize this weekend is that I miss playing basketball. The excitement before you play in a determining game, the pride you feel when you score, being noticed (eh), stuff like that. I love all the rush and everything. Sadly I quit basketball, because the condition is no longer condusive for me to continue playing, so.
Here are some pictures of me during my middle school basketball stuff. These were taken during my last day as captain of the team, as a farewell from the team to us seniors.
